With over 30 years of experience in ISO 9001 and AS9100, Richard provides organizations with practical, real‑world support in auditing, consulting, and training. He has led and participated in more than 100 internal audits across Aerospace & Defense, Systems and Software Development, IT Services, and Telecommunications. Rich is an Exemplar Global Certified ISO9001:2015 Lead QMS Auditor.
